■事業内容
中小企業が自社ブランドによる海外販路拡大を図るため、進出予定国でビジネスの障害となる他社類似商標等を取消しまたは無効化する取り組みを、助成金と専門家でサポートします。
■申込資格
以下の要件を満たす東京都内の中小企業者（会社及び個人事業者）、中小企業団体、一般社団・財団法人（1年度1社1案件に限る）
※過去に東京都知的財産総合センターから助成金の交付を受けている者は、「活用状況報告書」を所定の期日までに提出していること。
■助成内容
■助成率 1/2以内
■助成限度額 3か年で500万円
■助成対象経費
・情報収集関連費用
・異議申立、不使用取消審判、無効審判、情報提供関連費用
・行政訴訟関連費用
■受付期間
令和５年４月17日（月）～令和６年３月１日（金）17時
