■目的・概要
我が国において、近年空き家等が増加しており、政府としても防犯上・景観上の観点などから、その対策が急務である。一方で、近年空き家等について福祉施設等に転用する例が見られるなど、今後空き家等を業務用施設として活用することが増加するものと考えられる。本事業ではこのような空き家等を業務用施設として利活用する事業において、古く性能の低い既存の設備を改修し省CO2性の高い設備機器等の導入で、省CO2化を図る。
