■目的・概要
産業競争力強化法（産競法）第２３条第１項の事業再編計画の認定を受けた特定中堅企業者に対して、その工業所有権の保護及び利用を図るために必要な検討に要する調査事業等に必要な経費の一部を助成することにより、その認定事業再編計画に基づく取組を支援します。

■補助対象者
産競法第３４条の２の規定に基づくに規定する認定事業再編事業者等である特定中堅企業者（産競法第２条第２４項に規定する中堅企業者であって、その成長発展を図るための事業活動を行っているものとして主務省令で定める要件に該当するもの。）
