■目的・概要
東京都内の居宅介護支援事業所に対して、新規又は既に雇用をしている事務職員の雇用経費を補助することで、介護支援専門員の専門性を十分発揮できる環境の整備を行い、介護報酬の増収に伴う処遇改善を推進することを目的とする。
