Overview
■事業の趣旨
アジア諸国では、貧富の格差が社会政情不安をもたらすなど、均衡ある発展が喫緊の課題となっている。このため、社会的に脆弱な人々、とりわけ、自営業者、低所得者、女性、若年者及びその家族などに対する社会的なセーフティネット制度構築を、草の根レベルで積極的に支援する必要がある。この補助金は、国際的な労使団体の持つネットワークを活用し、現地の労働組合・使用者団体と連携しつつ、アジアの貧困地域において公的サポートの行き届かない人々を組織化（互助団体の設立）することにより、草の根レベルでの社会セーフティネット構築支援を行うことを目的とする。
