■目的・概要
都内中堅・中小企業等の経営をサステナビリティに配慮したものへと転換を促すため、東京都と「サステナブルファイナンス活性化に向けた連携協定」を締結した金融機関が取り扱うサステナビリティ・リンク・ローン、ポジティブ・インパクト・ファイナンスの実行にあたり、必要となる費用の一部を支援するものである。
