■目的・概要
訪問看護ステーションの設置者が実施する認定看護師資格取得及び特定行為研修を支援する取組に対し、 東京都が必要な経費を補助することで、在宅療養生活における専門的な看護の実践による看護職員の資質向上及び労働意欲の向上を図り、定着の促進、都内訪問看護ステーション全体の質の向上につなげる。
