■目的・概要
本事業は、地方公共団体所有施設及び民間業務用建築物等において、年間の一次エネルギー消費量が正味でゼロとなる建物（ZEB）であることを前提に、建築物の運用時のみならず、建築時、廃棄時等の建築物ライフサイクルを通じて発生するCO2（LCCO2）を算定・削減する取組の普及拡大を目的とする。
